  • Highly Recommend!

    This set took some time to build, but my son felt very satisfied when it was finished. He likes how Zolo was made to hold his sword in his mouth and how it comes with four LEGO Wanted posters. He also enjoyed seeing the contents of the treasure chest. I would highly recommend this set if you have the time to build it.

  • It’s THE boat!

    The Going Merry/Merry Go is one of the most iconic things from one piece and I genuinely feel Lego delivered, to the point where it’s easy to forget this is a live action version, and not the anime (ignoring the minifigs). I found the early stage of the build a little finicky and it would occasionally break due to weak connections, but once you put the exterior detail on it all holds together really well! I was a little disappointed by the plastic sails instead of fabric, but that’s likely to make it hold its shape better. I love all the little storage areas and only wish it was a to scale set. Anyone who’s complaining is just going on about lack of stock. I went to a LEGO store on day 1 and there was plenty, so don’t let them overshadow the reviews! Keep doing stuff like this LEGO! We want more!

  • Best Lego Set in a long time!

    As a One Piece and Anime fan and someone who grew up building legos, this definitely brings back memories as a young adult. Even though the Lego One piece sets were based on the live action version, this set still pulls it off with the iconic ship from both the live action show and the anime. This Lego set was very fun and easy to build although it took me a while like about 6 hours including breaks, I had a blast building this. Only thing I’m a little disappointed about was that most of the missing posters I got were duplicates, but other than that this was still very much worth to buy whether you’re someone who loves Lego or One piece. This is a must have!
